Congratulations are in the air at Modern for a double promotion last
week. Congrats to Daumauria Mckenzie and Emmanuel Ellwood for pushing, not
quitting, and getting promoted in the same week. They are the definition of “Hard
Work Pays Off.”
Daumauria started in the company by a friend who brought him in
personally. D would come and hang out with the office and he enjoyed the atmosphere
of driven entrepreneurs.

Emmanuel started on April 16, 2015 and just weeks later he earned the
title of Executive Team Trainer. Also nicknamed “Manny,” he enjoys the
opportunity of getting to his goals by the help of his peers and surpassing a
couple of his colleagues who has started before him.
