4. Change It Up :
After you identify the key takeaways from your difficult
time, you just need to make a change. If it's a change you can
implement immediately, do it. You don't want to be in the middle of a
difficult situation longer than necessary.

5. Know What You're Grateful For :

6. Focus on What You Can Control, Not What You Can't :

8. Forgive :
Someone else might be at fault for the bad situation you
find yourself in, the natural response is to harbor anger but what
if instead you forgave that person. You accepted what
happened, so you would feel without focusing on the
negative feelings and focus on moving forward.

Thursday Night Hangouts!
We had a couple of our other offices visiting us yesterday night, so we all decided to go network with each other and to just have a relaxing evening. Even though we all work hard, we all still need to remember to enjoy some things in life and to build those great relationships with out business partners. The great thing about our company is that everyone has their own goals but are always willing to give out a helping hand. Every person in the room last night had an amazing time full of stories and laughter. Let's continue to build memories and the wonderful relationships we already have with one and another.

Executive of the Week
Congrats to Joshua Jordan for being the top gentlemen this week by motivating others with his daily morning quotes which he posts onto our GroupMe chats where the office all stay connected in.
"Successful people are givers and not takers of positive energy. My point is, if you maintain a positive 'tude its transferable to other people. Staying positive will get you to your goals a lot quicker. This is a way to success, and success should be your only option. #Jordan23"

Executive of the Week!
Great job once again Mr. Cody Dominguez for being the top executive at Modern Marketing! Week after week, you have shown progress within yourself but also have helped others to see their own path of success.
Here are some quotes stated from top leaders in the world:

The 4 Habits You Need to Be Successful
1. Focus your Energy
Studies has shown that putting your all into one task or focus will be much more successful and have a positive outcome.Pay attention to your values and choose a task where you believe and feel that will be the most rewarding for yourself.
2. Have the Ability to Prioritize
Think about a goal that is the most important in your life at this moment. A goal that will make everything else seem like it didn't matter if your goal was met. So always do something that will get you closer and closer to the achievement of your main goal.
3. Can Project and Complete Tasks
Being able to follow through is a key to long-term success. Completing tasks will make you feel more determined and accomplished for the next project.
4. Having a PMA
PMA stands for Positive Mental Attitude. To have any kind of success, having a positive mental attitude is a must in life. Having negative thoughts will just bring your emotion and mentality down while positiveness will give you positive results.
No matter how bad or good you're feeling, there's always more in life for everyone to reach. So continue to learn from your hard times, develop yourself, and always teach others.

Rachel V. Promotion
Congrats Rachel Valice!
We are ecstatic to announce Rachel’s promotion. She started
less than a couple of weeks ago and now she is already promoted to an Executive
Trainer. Our office knew she would be someone who we will need to watch out for
when she first walked into our office. Rachel grew up in the Macomb County and
is a recent graduate from Grand Valley State University in April of 2015. She
graduated with her Bachelors in Communications with studies in Advertising
& Public Relations with a minor of Studio Arts. Some things that Rachel
enjoys participating in during her free time are a low key night with a movie,
a relaxing night of ready, playing video games, and surfing. Modern is
definitely excited to have this young lady part of our organization.

Chelsea T. LOW
Good Job Chelsea on your meeting. It was very moving and inspirational!
This young lady has never been short of proving that she has the ability to out work others. Being the top lady in the office, she ran a meeting for her peers about team work and what is needed to have that bond. She believes team work is needed for any success because there has to be an understanding between everyone and not just a couple of people.
Chelsea also enjoys motivational quotes for others and are always sharing them with the office to keep our mind in the game and to go after what we want no matter how many obstacle there may be. Pictured below is one of her favorite quotes to help her throughout her days. Chelsea, you have so much potential and we are excited to see it.

our motivational meetings this week!
Get to Know Mr. Burns:
1. Dan has only been in the business for 3 weeks and is now already one of the
top guys in the office.
2. He is definitely caffeine sensitive; which is why our management team has
limited him to only one cup of coffee per day.
3. Dan is a big sports guy who played football and wrestling.
4. The most unusual thing Dan has ever eaten was peanut butter and jelly
sandwich with crackers on top.
5. Cody and Calvin who is pictured with Dan below are his two trainers
when he first began and now they are the closest of friends and co-workers.

How to Stay Motivated
Each one of us has motivation, some things that spark our
motivation are similar and some are not. But each of us tends to lose sight of
what our goals are when things become foggy. So here are some tips and
suggestion to live by in order to never lose sight of what you desire.
1. Set goals and visualize them to the detail
You should know what you are achieving in
order to have a purpose and set up ways to get there.
2. List reasons why you are accomplishing the goals
for
Connect yourself mentally and emotionally.
Everyone has a why behind what they are doing.
3. Have strategy
Work smarter not harder.
4. Get help
Reach out to others for help, we all need
someone.
5. Have fun
Make things fun and enjoy the moments with fun
stories to
share once your goal is hit.

Cody D. LOW
Every week, we have someone who is chosen to run our meetings
when they are setting the right example in and outside of the office. Selected
by his peers, Cody Dominguez has been a go-to guy to his business partners. When
the CEO of the company is out for a day or two, he depends on Cody to make sure
the office is run smoothly. Cody has been running the office by setting up the
schedule for the day, making sure everyone is getting developed and has the right
training, running announcements, and etc. He has been the top guy in the office
these past couple of weeks, so we are definitely excited to see his next
promotion within the next couple of months.

After the office, the four gentlemen who took a trip down to
Columbus to visit got a chance to network and discuss business with our two
office directors and our amazing regional director. Josh and Robert could not stop gloating about the experience posting multiple pictures to our office

Daniel B. promoted to an ETT!
Daniel,
also known as “Damn Skippy Dan” by the office, started on April 27, 2015 and
just weeks later, he is celebrating his first of many promotions to come. When Dan
first came into our office, he told us that he wanted to do something with his
life because he “wanted to do things people wouldn’t be able to do.” It’s
amazing how dedication and drive works. When one’s mind is set to complete a
mission with their all, it will be completed. Today, we get to announce our
newest promotion to the Executive Trainer position. The best part about it was that he made it
seem so effortless and it was definitely not a surprised when one of his goals
was reached.
Modern
LLC is excited to see what’s to come with this young man in this upcoming year.
